Captivating its guests, they become integral part of it year by year. In the settlement, a beautiful story is being revealed in its Byzantine Tower with great exhibits and a rare weavings; collection, precious objects from Loch family, who inhabited the Tower until 1982.
Under the tower, the port, from which ships depart to transfer pilgrims and monks to Mount Athos, and tourists who take the cruise around the Holy Peninsula. Some meters away, the guests may visit Moni Zigou, an ancient monastery, located right on the borders to Mount Athos, visitable also from women.
